* Room Reservation Policy Room Price: Weekdays: Sunday to Thursday; Holiday: Friday, Saturday, Holiday break, and National Holiday
Price: During Chinese New Year Please pay for 50% of the total amount as the deposit in three days after the reservation (pay the full amount in advance during Summer Vacation/ Chinese New Year). Please understand that the B&B will not reserve the room for overdue payment. Please inform the B&B on the phone after you transfer the deposit the following information: The last four digits of your bank account; your name, your telephone; reservation dates; number of guests to complete the reservation procedure. Notes Please read carefully the following notes. After transferring the deposit, you are considered agreeing the following regulations: Check in: Please show your ID (foreign visitors: passport) to check in and pay for the room price. Check in/check out: Check in: between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm; check out: before 12:00 am Please call the B&B to make confirmation of the reservation so as to ask the B&B to reserve the room for you if you cannot arrive at the B&B before 5:00 pm on the check-in date. If not, you are considered giving up the reservation. To maintain the quality of accommodation, no pets during the stay at the B&B. No smoking, card-playing, alcohol drinking, betelnut chewing, cooking, making too much noise, or jumping up and down at the B&B, or doing anything disturbing others. If so, the B&B has the right to refuse you to stay at the B&B without refunding the amount of the room. To respect other guests’ while staying at the B&B, please keep quiet after 10:00 pm. Please keep your personal valuables carefully. The B&B does not make compensation for the loss of your belongings. You have to compensate for the damage of the B&B’s property caused if the damage is caused by your own mistakes. The B&B reserves the right to make amendments.
*Cancelation Policy 1. The deposit for the B&B is based on “Standard Contract” released by Tourism Bureau The rates of the amount incurred according to law are as follow:
Cancelations made on the date of arrival will incur a 100% charge of the deposit.
Cancelations made one (1) day prior to the date of arrival will incur a 80% charge of the deposit.
Cancelations made two-three (2-3) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 70% charge of the deposit.
Cancelations made four-six (4-6) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 60% charge of the deposit.
Cancelations made seven-nine (7-9) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge of the deposit.
Cancelations made ten-thirteen (10-13) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 30% charge of the deposit.
Cancelations made fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 0% charge of the deposit. (Limited to postponing the reservation for once within six months only). 100% of the deposit can be refunded if you are not able to visit the B&B because of traffic disruption caused by natural disasters (such as earthquakes, typhoons) announced by the authority. (or making postponement for the reservation; limited to the postponement within 6 months for once only). The extension of staying at the B&B due to traffic disruption caused by typhoons will be calculated by 40% of the room price.

‘imvr.net’ and the ‘hotels’ would not ask the tourists to cancel the function of direct debit through ATM with any reasons, nor would they inform you to change the payment conditions because you accidentally set up the account by installment. They would not ask you to provide information regarding your credit card, bank account or offer the customer service hotline of your bank/credit card, either.
